Speaker 1: Our team that we have here, we all strive for excellence. We sit down and really listen to patients. And I think that makes a difference. We individually care for each patient. Many times in medicine nowadays you’re just a number. We try to be the opposite and go out of our way. If there’s an emergency that comes up on an evening, a weekend, a holiday, I’m there and my team’s there. It’s personal level of care with excellent treatment that exceeds our patient’s expectations.
Speaker 2: I think the personal service that Dr. Ross gives to all his patients is one of the reasons that we come back. His treatment as far as making sure that you leave here totally satisfied is the big thing because in today’s day and age, customer service is the most important thing.
Speaker 3: It is very important that you have a doctor, like Dr. Ross, who’s willing to listen to you and work with you. Being a patient for 30 years with Dr. Ross and his staff has just been very, very good and some people don’t like going to the dentist. I actually enjoy going to the dentist.
Speaker 4: And what I liked about the experiences, Dr. Ross listened to exactly what I wanted. I didn’t want them too white, I didn’t want them too large, I wanted them to be as close to my natural teeth as possible, and he did it, and I’ve been really happy with them.
Speaker 5: Instead of impressions they now incorporate a digital scanner. So if you’ve ever had to have dental work done in the past, impressions is kind of like what was done before and it was just so easy.
Speaker 6: Every once in a while I’ll give myself a big smile in the mirror and I’m just as pleased as I was the day I walked out of here with those. I get good feedback from friends and individuals, and I can’t tell you how many times I’ve heard someone say, “Well you have really nice teeth.
