I think the thing that sets us apart from some of the other offices is my team is awesome, and I’m really blessed to have such a great team that’s been with me for such a long period. They truly are involved and care about the patient. We work with them individually, finding appointment times that are convenient for them, really sitting and listening to patients, trying to understand. It seems like nowadays there’s so much rush, rush, big offices, almost like a mill where you’re running patients through and not really looking at each person and listening to their needs. We’re big on continuing education. I think it’s important that my team and I constantly evolve, and that’s why we introduce new technologies to make things easier and more comfortable for patients. I think our main philosophy in the office is really to listen to each patient individually, knowing that each patient has individual needs. We’re working together. And I try to tell patients that every person has different needs, individual, and we want to be really actively listening to each of our patients.
